Today’s tip comes from Lingfield where Jimmy Quinn takes the ride on an Ed Vaughan horse, NOBLE DICTATOR, who went close in a similar event last month at Kempton. Talk at the stable after the race was that he wasn’t at his best after being slightly hampered and perhaps should have been winning that one. That was only his second attempt at this trip so improvement can still be made. He is also still on a nice mark, only up 2lb from last time out and on the same mark from a win back in November last year.
