Today’s tip comes from an evening meet at Wolverhampton where Seb Sanders hopes to improve on FARLEIGH HOUSE’s impressive 2nd at the same course 2 weeks ago. Word from the trainer is that this horse is improving and it won’t be a surprise to see it come out on top today.

Purple and Pink Hat Farleigh House 2 points win Currently 4/1

Jockey: Seb Sanders
Trainer: Sir Mark Prescott
Course : Wolverhampton
Distance : 1m 1f
Runners : 13

FARLEIGH HOUSE (Wolverhampton 8.15) very much caught the eye at Folkestone last time, held up on a track that favours prominent racers but making excellent late progress, and I still think that was a race which will work out well despite African Cheetah’s short-priced defeat yesterday, the first five all having caught the eye on their previous start. Also, Farleigh House ran a cracking race here two outings ago; I’m sure he’s well up to winning off his current mark, and maybe a bit higher too, in the coming weeks.
