Today’s tip comes from Lingfield where an all-weather specialist looks to land a double. Despite carrying another 3lb following 7f success at Wolverhampton last month, WHISPERING SPIRIT has won four of her last six starts on the polytrack and looked to have enough in hand last time to suggest she can defy the handicapper.

Today’s tip comes from Ascot where Gary Moore hopes to see one of his exciting newcomers beat today’s competition out of sight. It would be very foolish to overlook MEGASTAR on his hurdling debut. The five-year-old won two of his four starts in bumpers last term, most notably in Grade 2 company at Aintree, and he finished a creditable fifth at the Cheltenham Festival despite endless traffic problems. Form of that level puts him well ahead of his rivals today.

Today’s tip comes from Market Rasen where the McCain stable hope to see their schooling efforts pay dividends. SMUGLIN ran out an impressive winner over hurdles over 2m5f at Perth back in May and she is sure to have been extensively schooled in preparation for her chasing debut today.

Today’s tip comes from Kempton where BIDRUMA looks to capitalise on her raw pace. The three-year-old hasn’t been at all disgraced in a couple of recent starts over 6f and, with this first try at the minimum distance expected to play to her front-running strengths, she looks worth chancing.

Today’s tip comes from Fakenham where a two time hurdles winner hopes to unlock some more of her potential. JOAN D’ARC is not the most consistent but has scored twice over hurdles and still looks open to some improvement. Although finishing 9th LTO, she has bounced back to win before and looks set for a big run today.

Today’s tip comes from Plumpton where we side with a powerful horse hoping to go a couple better than his debut 3rd LTO. DIVINE FOLLY made a pleasing debut over 2m at Worcester last month and with that experience under his belt, he may be the one to beat.

Today’s tip comes from Market Rasen where we side with a horse whohopes to bounce back to winning ways after being beaten out of sight in a Listed handicap hurdle at Aintree last time out. SIR TANTALLUS HAWK was had previously looked on the up when scoring by six lengths at Haydock. The drop back from 2m4f should suit and the fact he has been eased 3lb in the ratings will certainly help.

Today’s tip comes from Uttoxeter where a talented chaser makes his UK bow over hurdles. PRET A THOU has never run over hurdles on these shores but he is rated 135 over larger obstacles and if he can transfer his best chasing form to hurdles he could take plenty of beating here.

Today’s tip comes from Wolverhampton where a Makin horse may have gotten in lightly on his handicap debut. HIDDEN DESTINY stepped up markedly on his previous form to finish third in a Kempton maiden last time and he makes plenty of appeal on his handicap debut off a mark of just 55. His wide draw makes things a little more complicated but the race should still be within his grasp.

Today’s tip comes from Wolverhampton where connections of SKELETON hope to coax further improvement out of her. The fitting of blinkers and step up to 1m worked the oracle for Willie Haggas’ filly on her nursery bow at Kempton last week and the stable are clearly keen to strike again while the iron is hot. She remains open to plenty of improvement over the trip.
