Today’s tip comes from Wolverhampton where the handicapper may have underestimated the progression of QUERIDO. Gary Brown’s gelding has looked a different horse since joining the yard this winter, landing back-to-back C&D handicaps. His latest narrow success was all the more meritorious considering he was held up off a slow gallop and a raise of just 5lbs in the ratings might be a shade too lenient considering he’s won 4 of his last 5 starts here.

Today’s tip comes from Wolverhampton where connections of SKELETON hope to coax further improvement out of her. The fitting of blinkers and step up to 1m worked the oracle for Willie Haggas’ filly on her nursery bow at Kempton last week and the stable are clearly keen to strike again while the iron is hot. She remains open to plenty of improvement over the trip.

Today’s tip comes from Wolverhampton where the talented MAZAMORRA can make a mockery of her current mark. Although she disappointed LTO at Newbury, Botti has given her a break since and word is that she is raring to go. Will be a surprise if she doesn’t get involved off this current mark.

Today’s tip comes from Wolverhampton where ORCHARD SUPREME hopes to add to his impressive run of results at this course. After a quietly disappointing 2009 he comes here potentially well handicapped. Last couple of races have shown glimpses of good form and his record here reads 1-1-2-2, so a course hat-trick is certainly not unlikely.
