Today’s tip comes from Ffos Laas where WESTWOOD looks the pick of some in-form horses. He couldn’t have been more impressive when landing the spoils on the fibresand at Southwell last time and could take some stopping off a 7lb higher mark here. Dane O’Neill is a great front running jockey and he should get the run of the race today.

Today’s tip comes from Nottingham where KRYPTON FACTOR needs only a modest amount of improvement to land this. Stepped up from a respectable Wolverhampton debut to score LTO at Hamilton. He wandered all over the place that day and the win was better than the margin of victory suggested. Will need Seb Sanders to be strong with him today but with the trip and ground in his favour, he looks set for a big run.

Today’s tip comes from Warwick where ARTEUS looks to finally score over 6f. Ran a cracking race LTO at Kempton, much better than his 6th place finish suggested. He flew out of the stalls and had a very healthy lead 3f from home. This got eaten away and by the final furlong he paid the price of a furious pace. Today’s trip is ominously 1f shorter and if he shows the same speed as last time, he’s in with a great chance of taking this one.

Today’s tip comes from Pontefract where CORNUS is sure to make a bold bid for a treble. He won in great style LTO when he swooped late to land the spoils at Folkestone. He won by 3 lengths, going away that day so he should be able to shoulder the extra weight. The course suits the tactics of hold up horses and having won over this C&D before, Jack Doyle’s horse should fit the bill nicely today.

Today’s tip comes from Ripon where Richard Fahey and Paul Hanagan team up to coax another success out of LITTLE SCOTLAND. Off mark first time of asking for new yard in 6f Chester maiden in May and bettered that with strong-finishing third in C&D handicap last month. With a repeat of that form, he should go close tonight.

Today’s tip comes from Haydock where BATED BREATH should continue his upward curve. Winner of his first two career starts, this colt out of Dansili looks to be giving the handicapper a headache. Has proved he is comfortable on the ground and at the distance and the opposition don’t look anything special. It’s worth following him while he is in such rude health.

Today’s tip comes from Haydock where RESTLESS BAY looks to improve on a promising debut. Belied very long odds to finish second LTO at Doncaster, despite dweling in the rear for a good portion of the race. Should come on a lot for that experience and, with George Baker doing the steering, will definitely be in the mix again.

Today’s tip comes from Brighton where NOVASTASIA drops down in trip in a bid to finish in the money. LTO at this course, the horse ran a very brave race, leading until inside the final furlong and only finishing 1 1/2 lengths from the winner. Down in trip today and with Seb Sanders to judge the pace, she has a great chance today at double figure odds.

Today’s tip comes from Musselburgh where a smart new runner from the Richard Fahey stable. POLAR KITE made a pleasing debut over 6f at Haydock. He finished very strongly that day and will relish the step up in trip. The stable is in good form at the minute and Fahey has highlighted this horse as one to watch.

Today’s tip comes from Windsor where IMPRIMIS TAGULA looks to follow up on his recent win at Newmarket. No doubting he is better on AW, the scene of 10 of his 11 wins, but he won quite cosily LTO at Newmarket on turf and should be capable of following up tonight. The 3lb rise shouldn’t cause too many problems.
