Today’s tip comes from Catterick where HEAVENLY CHORUS will be fancied to complete the hat-trick today. Her two recent course wins over 2m have been impressive and stamina isn’t a concern as she did win over an extended 2m4f in her hurdling days.

Today’s tip comes from Catterick where a charge from the O’Keeffe stable looks undervalued. ARCH WALKER is capable of much better than he showed over 6f at Redcar last month and he is now rated just 2lb higher than when winning over 5f there back in June. With Paul Hanagan booked, he can certainly make his presence felt today.

Today’s tip comes from Catterick where AAMAN looks to have a really good chance. The horse put in a great show last time out and, although that was over a shorter trip, he has won over 16f before. His stable are in great form and he might lead from post to post.

Today’s tip comes from Catterick where the unexposed PERIGNON could find this an easy opportunity. Last seen impressing in a maiden at Newcastle, today’s race represents a drop in class and an increase in trip; two things which should really help the horse’s cause. Will definitely have a say in preceedings.

Today’s tip comes from Catterick where CATHEDRAL SPIRES looks to build on a fantastic debut LTO at York. After taking a while to get used to proceedings, he started to pick up very nicely towards the end and, if it was not for being hampered in the last furlong, would have won comfortably. A reproduction of that effort, in much weaker company, should see him win easily today.

Today’s tip comes from Catterick where more progression is expected from the Tim Walford trained RIO CARIBE. After an encouraging reappearance over a brisk 6f at Newcastle last month, finishing 3rd and needing a bit further, he went onto Redcar and just lost out by a neck. The extra furlong seems exactly what he’s been needing and with the good draw he has today, we could see him posting that first career win.

Today’s tip comes from Catterick where SLIP drops down two classes into a fairly weak race. Ran with tremendous credit LTO when finishing 3rd in a class 4 handicap at Ffos Las. Has won both previous starts at class 6 level and is effective over this trip. His rivals are fairly uninspiring today and given his recent form, he should win.

Today’s tip comes from Catterick where Stuart Bowring takes one of his well respected 3-y-olds on a rare trip up north. Despite FIRST BLADE’s wins coming against his own age group, he is a distance winner, handles slow ground, and is unexposed on turf. The way he ran on at Nottingham, when only 1lb lighter, suggested he is handicapped to have a chance here. Amir Quinn has partnered him to a win before and a whisper from the Bowring stable suggests to us that this horse is likely to be far overpriced.

Today’s tip comes from Catterick where an interesting jockey booking combined with the reappearance of a speedy horse makes this an good betting opportunity. Amy Scott is booked to ride SPEEDY GURU in the 14:00. Scott seems to be trainer Henry Candy’s jockey of choice for those horses that run in his own colours, and indeed she has ridden seven of the nine winners Candy has owned over the last three years.
