Today’s tip comes from Southwell where COBO BAY should make his ability to handle the suface count. Hayley Turner’s mount found only the progressive Mush Mir too strong last time over C&D but appeared to get home over the longer trip and shapes as if worth another chance away from such a progressive rival.

Today’s tip comes from Lingfield where we side with an experienced campaigner who’s seen it all. ELHAMRI endured a near-miss at Wolverhampton before going on to score nicely over this C&D last month. He’s up 4lb now but has won off higher marks in the past and looks the one to beat today.

Today’s tip comes from Newmarket where the SEASONAL CROSS aims to continue her great form, despite stepping up in class. Made it three wins from last four starts when shrugging off shaky start to win with bit in hand at Bath earlier this month. She’s been upped 3lbs and this a better class of race but she looks very progressive and can score at long odds today.

Today’s tip comes from Chester where Hayley Turner jumps on board a horse who was progressing extremely well last season. LECEILE finished 2nd in a listed race at the close of last season, at a 3lb lower mark, and the trainer says she is in good health. She won on her reappearance last season and her prominent racing style should really suit this track.

Today’s tip comes from Lingfield where Hayley Turner tries to coax a little bit more improvement out of VINCES. On both of his last two starts he has finished well and been beaten by only a length. Today he is on a manageable mark and if he gets a bit of luck in running he will make odds of around 8/1 look very generous.

Today’s tip comes from Lingfield where Michael Bell tries PASTEL BLUE at 8f in attempt to get her off the mark. The horse has looked fairly talented in each of her four career starts. Hayley Turner takes the ride today and just as the increase from 6f to 7f seemed to bring about an improvement LTO, hopefully the extra furlong will see her charging home.

Today’s tip comes from Lingfield where the fairly consistent TOTALLY FOCUSSED aims to take advantage of his lowest mark in a long time. Despite some fairly average showings of late, the trainer believes the horse still has ability and he is now at a mark only 2lbs higher than his last win. He’s back up in trip to one mile, which suits, and Lingfield is a track that he enjoys. The mercurial Hayley Turner takes the ride and she coaxed a good performance out of the horse LTO.

Today’s tip comes from Kempton where James Fanshawe runs a horse who has only raced once in the last year. MONSIEUR FILLIOUX has had his share of problems and isn’t the easiest horse to school but he has plenty of ability. The first two runs of his career were filled with promise but a series of problems has meant his only run this year was at Lingfield in August. Something clearly wasn’t right (finished 8th) and he hasn’t been seen on a track since. If we ignore this last run and concentrate on the trainer’s opinion of the horse, this could be an excellent chance to steal a march on the bookies.
