Today’s tip comes from Kempton where Richard Hills teams up with Sir Michael Stoute on SERHAAL. The horse has been held in higher regard than his performances have justified but is thrown a mark of 70 for his handicap debut. This looks workable and he is also unexposed over 1m. He has found himself slightly outpaced in previous races so it is likely that the extra distance will suit.

Today’s tip comes from Kempton where SPEED DATING looks to chalk up a quick fire win before being reassessed. This horse goes very well on the all-weather, winning two out of his last four and coming second in the others. Traditionally he travels very well throughout the race before swooping late to claim the spoils. The front running Grey Granite should set a good pace and enable jockey Seb Sanders to time his run to perfection.

Today’s tip comes from Kempton where odds on favourite DEVER DREAM still looks good value. Winner of her last two starts, today’s mark of 78 looks very lenient. Running off 72 at Lingfield LTO she won by 10 lengths. This is the same grade and Richard Hughes has a good record on favourites. His tactical knowledge should ensure the horse gives the best account of herself.

Today’s tip comes from Kempton where the quirky WIGRAM’S TURN tries a trip for the first time which should suit his racing style. This Andrew Balding trained gelding has a good record here at 7f and usually in frame come the end of races. Plenty to like about last two efforts (after getting badly hampered latest) and perhaps surprising given his exaggerated hold-up run style he hasn’t tried this trip before.

Today’s tip comes from Kempton where CASTLEBURG drops down in class and in trip in a bid to follow up on her recent success at Lingfield. She has been racing with great credit in class 5 contests of late, dead heating LTO at Lingfield following a spate of impressive places previously. George Baker takes the ride and he knows the track well. Should prove classier than her rivals today.

Today’s tip comes from Kempton where PEADAR MIGUEL is dropped in trip after a solid performance in his maiden win. He stepped up on his Lingfield debut effort when beating a couple of subsequent winners in a 1m maiden here in February and there should be more to come. The way that race was run suggests he shouldn’t be overly inconvenienced by the drop to 7f and those who work closely with the horse say he has a good chance in these conditions.

Today’s tip comes from Kempton where BOHEMIAN MELODY aims to shed his maiden tag at the second time of asking. Fresh from a very impressive debut over this C&D LTO, running quite green before steaming to the front and being headed on the line, his form looks to be the best of this bunch today. Newcomers have to be respected but this horse was sent off odds-on favourite for is debut and is well regarded.

Today’s tip comes from Kempton where SPRUCE is thrown into listed company after completing a handicap 4 timer. The standard of the handipcaps has admitedly been pretty weak but then again, so is tonight’s field. The horse has been rapidly improving and posting big winning margins. Jimmy Quinn has recently spoken of the horse’s quality and it’s a positive that he takes the ride again tonight. Definitely worth a bet at he odds.

Today’s tip comes from Kempton where the often imperious MADISON DU BERLAIS lines up against rivals who simply don’t measure up to the class and performances he has shown throughout his career. A cracking second place in the King George, only finding Kauto Star too good, shows he still retains plenty of ability. The odds today look favourable and the introduction of cheek pieces could prove a big positive.

Today’s tip comes from Kempton where the highly progressive SUTTON VENY goes for a well deserved hattrick. Didn’t show immense promise at the very start of her career but recent wins have been completed in a very impressive style and trainer Jeremy Gask holds her in high esteem. Front running tactics should suit this race very well and I doubt the handicapper has hold of her yet.
